How to estimate shipping cost
To get to know how much will be shipping cost you need to go to your shopping cart and fill in your destination country and other information in "ESTIMATE SHIPPING COST"
box and press "Get a Quote" button. You'll get all available carrier methods for
your country and their shipping cost according to content of your shopping cart.
Take into consideration that this will show only shipping cost excluding all
custom taxes and fees which you may pay or not while receiving your package. It depends on different factors mainly on package declared value
(read
more about custom taxes below on this page). In 99,9% cases
you will not pay any additional fees and taxes, because we declare packages in
the way they can pass customs free and without any problems.
Tracking orders
To track orders shipped by Postal Service and EMS you need to get your
mailing code. It will be sent to your email after parcel was dispatched. You can
also get your mail code by logging to your account. To do this, go to "My orders"
on your account page, choose the order you want to track and click "Track your order". Then you can
track it by entering provided mailing code into page also provided there by
tracking URL address.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes
You are responsible for assuring that the product can be lawfully imported to
the destination country. When ordering from our store, the recipient is the
importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the
destination country. Orders may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees
levied by the destination country. The recipient of an international
shipment may be subject to such import taxes, customs duties and fees,
which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. Additional charges
for customs clearance must be borne by the recipient; we have no control
over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies
vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs
office for further information. When customs clearance procedures are required,
it can cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates.
In spite of all these customs procedures in 99.9% cases except shipping cost you will not pay any additional taxes and fees because small parcels with small declared values are not subjected to import duties and taxes. If your order total amount is not so big - we will reduce declared value of your parcel to the applicable level and you will not pay any additional taxes and duties.

Returns and exchanges
We aim to offer a high quality service and take care over the packing and delivery of your goods. If for whatever reason you wish to
return goods or seek a refund please follow these guidelines.
Please contact us with 48 hours if the any of the goods you receive are faulty, damaged, or not to your satisfaction. If you then wish to return good please send them within 14 days of receipt.
Goods must be returned unused, unwashed and with no marks, scent or damage and with all original tags still attached, in a saleable condition with the original packaging intact. Also you should fill out the Return Order form (sent with all orders), include the reason for return, and attach the original order receipt. Without the original package, the original receipt, the Return Order Form completed and above conditions met we regret that we cannot accept your return.
Can I return goods because I do not like them or have changed my mind?
Yes you can. If you are returning something because you do not like it or have changed your mind about it then you'll need to pay the postage costs. We will refund your postage in full on any goods which are damaged or faulty. If we are sending replacement items to you they will be sent free of postage and packing cost.
What do I do if the item is faulty or damaged when it's delivered?
In the unlikely event that your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours. You can then return the item to us with an explanatory covering letter and we will refund to your original method of payment or replace the goods, whichever you prefer.
